The Story
Founded in July 2018, JoinEight launched its AI-powered sourcing platform to automate candidate pipeline building and diversity analytics for enterprise hiring teams. I architected the backend services in Ruby on Rails with PostgreSQL and led development of a Chromium-based extension for real-time LinkedIn profile scraping. Over the following years, I integrated predictive machine learning models and D&I dashboards—driving adoption by top recruitment teams and establishing JoinEight as a leader in AI-driven hiring intelligence.
